As an additional service, we provide billing and accounts receivable services for all medical specialties.  Claims are processed within 24 hours and all follow-up is done in house to ensure timely payments. We handle all the excess paperwork that is returned from the insurance carriers. Using an aged accounts receivable report, we contact the insurance companies directly to determine the claims status on outstanding claims and
re-submit claims as needed.
